harabhara kababs

ingredients :

100gms finely chopped spinach leaves
2-3 boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup crushed green peas
1 tbsp green chilli & ginger paste
1 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
lemon juice
oil for deep frying
method :
mix all the ingredients together and make small flat tikkis and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till light brown in colour .serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
