paneer tikka wraps / indian burritos

I just love these paneer tikka wraps ,and its one of my all time favourite dish ,i have used here ready store bought tortillas as had huge number of people in my daughter's birthday party but usually i make the tortillas at home which is more palatable ,sorry again for bad photography and not even one close up pic.and bad presentation ..was really tied up that day.I also love the proper mexican burritos but this indian flavoured paneer tikka wraps are simply unbeatable. These wraps are on their way to  divya from dilse ,who is hosting this month's global kadai - indian flavoured -burritos event which was started by cilantro.

1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1chopped green chillies
1 finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2 tsp oil
salt to taste

for home made wraps/burritos/tortillas -
1 cup maida/plain flour
1 tbsp curd
salt to taste
1tsp oil
1tsp sugar
water

home made wraps/tortillas or store bought tortillas
paneer tikka filling
shredded lettuce
shredded cabbage
shredded carrot
sliced onions

method :
Mix all the ingredients for the covering using enough water and prepare a dough.Cover it with a damp cloth and keep aside for 1-2 hrs.Marinate paneer cubes in curd, add all the masalas, ginger garlic paste and mix well.Keep this mixture in freeze for 1-2 hrs.Heat oil,add green chillies, onions and capsicum, stir fry for 5 mins and then add marinated paneer, fry for 2-3 mins and keep aside.Roll out the maida dough just like chapati/tortilla  (do not apply ghee or oil on it ...just plain ones ) and keep it aside.take 1 tortilla, spread chilli sauce, tamarind chutney, spread the paneer tikka filling in centre of it,on top add  onions ,shredded lettuce, shredded cabbage, grated carrots ( or any of your fav salad )and sprinkle chaat masala/cheese and fold  up one side towards the centre and then fold in the sides to meet at the centre .Fry this roll on tawa with ltl oil or if adding cheese then heat in a preheated oven till cheese melts.serve hot .
